Service Tech came out and cleaned our carpets and they worked at it until all the stains were removed. Our carpet was as clean as they have ever been. Not only did they do a great job, but a week later we had an accident and we stained the carpet again in several places. I gave them a call and they were out the very next day and got the stains out. They not only did a great job, but they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Talk about great customer service!!
